Cancellation Policy

Before Processing:

Customers may cancel their order/service request within 24hr of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or initiated.

After Processing:

Once the order/service is in progress, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, please contact us at lexessfindthebeautywithin@gmail.com for assistance.

Refund Policy

Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • Service/product was not delivered as promised due to our fault
  • Order was canceled before processing

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services/products may be non-refundable (e.g., digital goods, customized solutions, or services already rendered). This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days], depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Mode of Refund:

No-Show or Customer Delays
